Its deities are the Vishwadevas, the Universal Gods. This implies a collective, diverse, and all-encompassing energy. The mythology of the Vishwadevas represents the integration of all divine qualities: Time, Joy, Truth, Ancestors, etc. Uttara Ashadha natives are therefore "Universal Citizens." They look beyond race, caste, or creed. They are interested in the laws that govern the universe and society. The symbol is the Elephant Tusk. The tusk is the hardest part of the elephant; it is valuable, penetrates obstacles, and is a symbol of royalty (Ganesha). This signifies that Uttara Ashadha natives are unstoppable. They are the heavy lifters. They take on the projects that are too big for anyone else. This star is ruled by the Sun, the king. Located in Sagittarius (and a bit of Capricorn), it combines the wisdom of Jupiter with the structure of Saturn and the power of the Sun. This is the star of the "Philosopher King" or the "High-Level Executive." They build legacies. There is a sternness here. They are not as playful as Purva Ashadha. They are focused on Dharma (duty). They are the ones who write the constitution, build the skyscrapers, and run the government. They are often lonely at the top, but they accept this as the price of leadership.
